I’m only 30 seconds in and I’m already uncomfortable as fuck. It starts with her doing some crazy dancing while there’s like an overlay of some guy doing some crazy dancing.
Then she starts, like, creaming her pants over the aesthetics of a console? I really don’t want to see this.
I can’t do this. I’m 90 seconds in. This is so fucking bad that I can’t even tell you why it’s bad. I don’t want to pause the video and have to re-watch stuff so that I can give quotes and stuff. I just want this to stop. It’s fucking stupid.
She’s talking about the fucking Playstation 5 or whatever and she’s giving obviously poorly-acted “reactions” to shit. And I don’t mean fake “reactions” the way that Retro Ali gives fake “reactions”. I mean that she’s doing like…sarcastic “fake” reactions. “Comedic” fake “reactions”, if you will. But it’s not funny. It’s stupid and obnoxious.
1:30 – She talks about “dank memes”. Whatever that is. Then says, “Ooh, the memes are so spicy, I have to put gloves on.”. I don’t know what that means either.
I mean, I’ve heard of all of these terms but I’m not fucking 12 years old so I don’t use them and I don’t care to find out what they mean.
2:00 – So after 120 seconds of selling us on how “hilarious” these “memes” are, the first one is a coffee table using an X-Box (or something) as the base, and then there’s a circular piece of glass on top of it, and then there’s a Playstation 5 on top of it.
Okay. I see that. What exactly makes this a “meme”? And how is it funny?
7:15 – “I love you guys.”
This is unexpected. I don’t know what to say. This all happened so quickly.
Anyway, really weird comment.
So that’s the video. She went through a few “memes” but I couldn’t even fucking tell what the “joke” was for any of them. And one of them was a guy singing for what seemed like an eternity. I had to fast forward through it.
I have no idea what any of this is or why it was funny. I’m not a “meme” guy. Maybe that’s the problem.
Take the memes on TheCinemassacreTruth, sub-reddit, for example. A lot of them are Photoshopped pictures of Mike Matei as a woman. Or they’ll Photoshop Mike Matei’s penis into his mouth. Or a picture of Booty and a caption that says, “He has a beautiful singing voice” or something. Shit like this.
Where’s the fucking comedy? Just come out of the closet. Post this shit on the “gay” section of Pornhub.
Am I crazy? What am I not getting? People are constantly posting this shit. “Memes” and whatnot. Some gay, some not. People are obviously enjoying them. I don’t get it whatsoever.
The worst is this trash where it’s the same picture, from some comic book or cartoon or some shit, and they’ll give you a blank space to write stuff. So you’ll see a bunch of different “memes” of this same image, different words, and not a single one of these “memes” is remotely funny.
