It’s all over, boys.  People have officially moved on.  1500 views after four days.

There was a time when an “O” face Retro Ali video would have 40,000 views by now.  As little as two months ago, she got 24,000 views for an “O” face video.  Now 1500.  It’s as many views as her recent Q&A video.  It’s as many views as her last pick ups video.

Nobody gives a shit about a middling attractive woman making stupid faces any more.  Everybody has suddenly discovered PornHub, I guess.

In university (or “college”, if you prefer) I was taking a Spanish class.  The professor was a man in his late 40s, perhaps.  Early 50s.  He was from…I don’t know…somewhere in South America.

He had some sort of bizarre, homosexual obsession with me.  I was a very reserved guy and I still am.  When I went to class, I didn’t want to be called on, I didn’t answer any questions, I hated any group work.  I just wanted to get on with things.  Give me a professor who just gives a lecture, I’ll take notes, we’ll take exams.  Great.  That’s what education is all about.  Not this new age, class participation bullshit.

But this guy just wouldn’t leave me alone.  He would call on me a lot during class and make comments about me whenever he could.  For example, we’d break into groups and he’d congratulate the group or the individual that had me in the group.

I just didn’t want to be there.  I wanted nothing to do with this shit.

This goes on for like two weeks.  Then he starts “teaching” how to pronounce a certain word in Spanish or make a certain sound or something.  So he says, “Okay, everybody open your mouth like this” and he makes the “O” face.  I look around thinking that NOBODY is going to do this, this has to be a joke, but no.  Everyone is doing it.  The girl next to me is even doing a really exaggerated version of it for comedy purposes, I guess.

I don’t want to attract this guy’s attention so I do a half-assed attempt at this.  And then he says my name and says “Wider!”.  So I open my mouth a bit more and he says, “WIDER!”.

Right here is where I hit my limit.  I close my mouth and say, “I’m not going to make a fool out of myself here.”  Some people in the class laugh.  He’s offended by this, though and says, “Oh.  You’re not making a fool out of yourself, you’re speaking Spanish.”  I wasn’t having it and just avoided eye contact.  I wanted no part in this.  It was extraordinarily uncomfortable.  Just teach the fucking class.  I can’t be the first introverted student that he’s had.

So he makes a few references to this over the remainder of the class.  Then as we’re leaving, he’s standing at the door, and he asks to speak to me.  And I say, “No, that’s okay.  I’m dropping the class.”  And he looked hurt and said, “Okay.”

Then I dropped the class.

There’s clearly a sexual element to the “O” face.  And for him to make the whole class do this, and single me out in particular, is gay.  This was a gay man.  A gay man abusing his position.  I’m here to learn Spanish, not to take part in your bizarre homosexual fetishes.  What’s next?  “Jerk me off.  This is how we do it in Argentina.”

So yeah.  I don’t know.  Maybe Ali is just speaking Spanish in these thumbnails.
